Privacy notice

dinero.expert is responsible for the personal information processed through this service. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@dinero.expert.

• Your name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication events.
• Credit card statement PDFs you upload and information extracted from them, including issuer, card name, last digits, statement period, payment amount, and payment due date.
• Technical records needed to operate and protect the service, such as session cookies, request logs, browser information, and security events.

Credit card statements may contain financial and other sensitive personal information. Upload only statements that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage.

• Create and secure your account.
• Store, organize, and display your cards and monthly statements.
• Extract payment amounts and due dates from statement PDFs.
• Provide payment history and upcoming-payment views.
• Send confirmation, security, and password-recovery emails.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the service.

We do not sell personal information or use statement data for advertising.

We use service providers to operate dinero.expert: Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting and delivery; and Resend for authentication emails. These providers may process information outside Mexico under their own security and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain account information while your account is active and keep statements until you delete them or request account deletion. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection regarding your personal information, and may revoke consent where applicable. Send the request from your account email to privacy@dinero.expert. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.

We use access controls and account-scoped storage policies designed to keep each user's statements separate. No system is completely secure, so report suspected account misuse through the contact page. Material changes to this notice will be published here with a new effective date.
