Terms and conditions
The rules that apply when you create an account and use dinero.expert.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account.
Statement tools
dinero.expert stores credit card statements and uses automated text extraction, including OCR, to identify payment amounts, due dates, issuers, and card details. Automated results can be incomplete or incorrect. Always compare extracted information with the original statement and the issuer's official channels before making a payment.
No financial or payment service
dinero.expert is an organizational tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice; issue credit; hold funds; initiate payments; or represent a bank or card issuer. You remain responsible for payment decisions, deadlines, fees, interest, and account balances.
Your content
You retain ownership of the statements and information you upload. You grant dinero.expert the limited permission needed to store, process, extract, display, back up, and return that content to you as part of the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.
Acceptable use
You may not use dinero.expert to:
- Upload another person's financial records without authorization.
- Break the law, commit fraud, or violate third-party rights.
- Probe, bypass, or interfere with access controls or service security.
- Distribute malware, automate abusive requests, or disrupt availability.
Availability and accounts
Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address abuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, dinero.expert is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate extraction, missed payments, issuer changes, service interruptions, or unauthorized use resulting from your failure to secure your account. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Questions may be sent to support@dinero.expert.
